How do I update my payment method?

You can update the payment method connected to your subscription through your Synchro account.

To update the payment method on your subscription:

  1. Log in to your Synchro account.

  2. Select “view and manage order.”

  3. Go to your upcoming order.

  4. Click “edit” next to the “charge to” line.

  5. Follow the prompts to update your payment method.

Please update your payment method before your next order processes to avoid any issues with your upcoming shipment.

Please note that if your payment fails, your subscription order may not process successfully. The system may automatically retry the payment after a failed attempt.
