How do I change the products in my subscription?

You can update the products in your subscription through your Synchro account.

To edit your subscription products:

  1. Login to your Synchro account.

  2. Select “view and manage order.”

  3. Open the “subscriptions” tab and choose the subscription you’d like to edit.

  4. From there, you can add a product, change the number of products, update your delivery frequency, or click “swap this for a different product” to change the product in your subscription.

Please note that if your order has already processed, changes will apply to future orders only.
