How do I skip, reschedule, or pause my subscription?

You can skip or reschedule an upcoming shipment through your Synchro account. There is not a separate pause option at this time, but skipping or rescheduling your next shipment is the best way to delay your subscription.

To edit your upcoming subscription shipment:

  1. Log in to your Synchro account.

  2. Select “view and manage order.”

  3. Open the “subscriptions” tab and choose the subscription you’d like to edit.

  4. Use the “skip” button to skip your next shipment, or the “reschedule” button to choose a new delivery date.

Please note that if your order has already processed, changes will apply to future orders only.
