How do I update my payment method?

To update the payment method on your account:

  1. Log in to your Synchro account.

  2. Select “view and manage order.”

  3. Open the “account” tab.

  4. Go to “your payment methods” and make any needed updates.

If you have an active subscription, please make sure the payment method is also updated on the subscription itself before your next order processes. Updating the general payment method on your account may not always update an upcoming subscription order.

To update the payment method for an upcoming subscription order, go to the “next order” tab and click “edit” next to the “charge to” line.
