How do I update my shipping address?

To update the shipping address on your account:

  1. Log in to your Synchro account.

  2. Select “view and manage orders.”

  3. Open the “account” tab.

  4. Go to “manage addresses” and make any needed updates.

If you have an active subscription, please make sure the shipping address is also updated on the subscription itself before your next order processes. Updating the address in your account may not always update an upcoming subscription order.

To update the shipping address for an upcoming subscription order, open the "next order" tab and click “edit” next to the “deliver to” line.

If your order has already processed or shipped, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but we may not be able to make changes once an order is in fulfillment or has shipped.
